Oonagh studied Nutritional Therapy at the Institute of Health Sciences where she recently graduated. Before that, In 2014 she completed an intensive 12 week cookery certificate at Ballymaloe Cookery School. She went on to spend the next 4 years working in various restaurants and cafes and travelled the world experiencing and learning how to prepare a wide variety of dishes. Her whole family is passionate about food and it has always been an integral part of her life. She believes that good food and an active lifestyle is the key to a healthy and most importantly, happy life.

Oonagh’s approach is to look at the whole picture with her clients. Diet is an essential part of the puzzle, along with lifestyle choices, environment, mental wellbeing, and genetics. Every client is different and often the underlying issues go well beyond the overall symptoms. Her purpose is to empower and support you in becoming the happiest and healthiest version of yourself. Everyone deserves to reach their potential and she wants to support people in achieving their goals however big or small they may be. She has a special interest in supporting optimal mental health and wellbeing with nutritional and lifestyle changes.
